BECOME AN AVOCADO PTA COMMUNITY PARTNER

Strong schools are built by strong communities! We invite local businesses to partner with Avocado Elementary PTA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Your sponsorship directly supports 500+ students through educational programs, field trips, family events, teacher support, student recognition, campus improvements, and more.

Community Partner Sponsorship Levels

-Platinum Gator Partner – $1,500: Large business banner (4x6) displayed on campus throughout the school year, featured logo on the Avocado Elementary PTA website, recognition in PTA newsletters, four dedicated social media spotlights, recognition at major PTA events, Community Partner certificate and digital badge.

-Gold Gator Partner – $1,000: Business banner (3x5) displayed on campus throughout the school year, logo featured on our website, recognition in newsletters, three social media spotlights, and recognition at major PTA events.

-Silver Gator Partner – $500: Business banner (3x5) displayed on campus for six months, website recognition, newsletter recognition, and two social media spotlights.

-Bronze Gator Partner – $250: Business name included on our Community Partner banner, website recognition, newsletter recognition,and social media thank-you.

-Friend of Avocado PTA – $100: Business name listed on our website as a Community Partner.

-Event Sponsor – $300: Event signage, social media recognition, business logo on event flyers (when timeline permits), logo on back of Volunteer/participant shirts.

Volunteer & You Could Win Lunch with Your Student!
We appreciate our amazing volunteers! This year, every time you volunteer at a PTA-sponsored event, you’ll be entered into our Volunteer Raffle for a chance to win lunch on campus with your student(s)—on us!

-One volunteer opportunity = one raffle entry
-One winner will be drawn each trimester
-PTA will cover the cost of your lunch
-Room Parents will automatically be entered each trimester in recognition of their ongoing support throughout the year.

The more you volunteer, the more chances you have to win. Thank you for helping make our PTA events possible! 

Candy Donations Needed for Fall Festival!

Our Fall Festival is right around the corner, and we need your help filling our Trunk-or-Treat Trail and Lollipop Tree!

We are collecting:

• Individually wrapped candy for our Trunk-or-Treat Trail

• Tootsie Pops specifically for our Lollipop Tree

Physical candy donations can be dropped off at the Avocado Elementary front office beginning October 1 during school hours.
